☕ Vanilla Cloud Cold Coffee

Ingredients:
• 1 cup chilled milk
• 1 tbsp instant coffee
• 1 tbsp sugar
• ½ tsp vanilla essence
• A handful of ice
Method:
Blend milk, coffee, sugar, vanilla, and ice until frothy. Pour into a tall glass. Serve chilled with a light foam on top.
🍓 Berry Mint Cooler

Ingredients:
• ½ cup mixed berries (fresh/frozen)
• 6–7 mint leaves
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 cup chilled soda or water
Method:
Crush berries with mint and sugar. Add lemon juice and top with soda. Stir gently and serve.
🔥 Spicy Tandoori Mayo Sandwich

Ingredients
- Bread slices
- ½ cup shredded veggies (cabbage, carrot, capsicum)
- 2 tbsp tandoori mayo
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Butter
Method
- In a bowl, mix veggies, tandoori mayo, chili flakes, and pepper.
- Spread this spicy filling on one bread slice.
- Cover with another slice and butter the outsides.
- Grill or toast until golden and crisp.

🌶️ Schezwan Potato Bites

Ingredients
- Boiled potato cubes
- Cornflour
- Schezwan sauce
- Chili flakes
- Oil
Method
- Toss potatoes with cornflour and fry until crispy.
- Heat schezwan sauce in a pan.
- Add chili flakes for extra spice.
- Toss fried potatoes in the sauce.
- Serve hot with toothpicks.
